Компания Реал Строй

One of the main activities of the company Real-Stroy is the production, delivery and subsequent pouring of concrete. It should be noted that pouring concrete is a rather complex process and requires compliance with a number of rules and regulations. Let's look at the basic stages of pouring concrete.
It all starts with delivery. Bring concrete to the construction site is not so simple as it might seem at first glance. We need special equipment (for example, mixer cars), because otherwise there is a great risk that the building material will thicken and become unsuitable. It is worth noting that the company Real-Stroy has an impressive fleet of construction equipment and guarantees the correct delivery and pouring of concrete.
In addition, before pouring concrete should take care of the readiness of the formwork. Most construction companies engaged in concrete works use for this purpose reusable formwork made of metal, laminated plywood and other materials.
After the concrete is delivered to the construction site, and the formwork is ready for use, the stage of laying concrete begins. Filling can be done in several ways. One of the simplest methods is to feed concrete from the mixer tray to the formwork itself, however, it can only be used in cases where it is possible to approach the formwork itself. Otherwise, a special chute is used.
When the first two methods can not be used, special autoconcrete pumps come into play. In addition, sometimes use the so-called "bell", which is a bowl, which is filled with concrete. After the bell is full, it is lifted with a crane so that it hangs over the discharge point and opens the drain hole.
It should be noted that in order to ensure that the structure is as solid and reliable as possible, care must be taken to ensure proper laying and leveling of the concrete. At this stage, the concrete is first leveled with the help of a conventional bayonet shovel, and then the so-called slats-rules and half-rubbers are used. This is a very time consuming process.
Pouring and leveling of concrete can be carried out both in warm, and in a cold season. Nevertheless, the summer pouring of concrete requires significantly less effort and cost for the care of concrete. In most cases, it will be enough just to cover the concrete with a polyethylene film and spray it several times a day from the watering can.

In winter everything is much more complicated. If in the summer it is necessary to ensure that the concrete does not dry up, then in cold weather - that it does not freeze (and this is much more difficult). First, special frost-resistant additives are added to the concrete mix, which prevent the water from freezing. Secondly, a kind of tent-greenhouses are organized, the main task of which is to maintain an acceptable temperature.

As you can see, pouring concrete is a very laborious and complex process, requiring careful compliance with a number of rules and regulations. That is why the casting of concrete is best entrusted to professionals who will ensure the most correct order of the work.
